How we charge

Clutch Carpentry has a different approach than most contractors. We don’t use traditional quotes or “bids”, but instead bill our jobs on a time and materials basis. This means charging only for actual costs incurred. We create estimates for our clients’ budgeting purposes, with a minimum-to-maximum cost range representing as many unforeseen variables as possible. By keeping close track of materials and labor (at a rate of $50/hr for 2021), we are able to create an invoice that accurately reflects the cost of a particular job.
